Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the referral program (the "Program") offered by Miracle Movers ("we" or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility:
a. The Program is open to all current customers of Miracle Movers.
b. Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible.
How the Program Works:
a. Members who refer new customers to Miracle Movers will be eligible for a reward.
b. To refer someone, the member must share their unique referral code or link provided by Miracle Movers.
c. The referred person must use the member's referral code or link during the booking process for Miracle Movers' services.
d. The referred person must complete the booking and payment process successfully.
Reward:
a. For every referral who books and pays for Miracle Movers' services using the member's unique referral code or link, the member will receive a $50 Visa Prepaid Card as a reward.
b. The reward will be fulfilled within 14 days of the referral's successful booking and payment.
c. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
d. Only one reward will be provided per successful referral.
Compliance:
a. Participants must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Participants must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical activity when referring customers.
c. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Limitations:
a. Participants cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn multiple rewards.
b. Participants cannot refer the same person more than once.
c. Participants cannot use paid advertising or spamming methods to promote their referral code or link.
Modification and Termination:
a. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
b. If the Program is terminated, participants will have a reasonable period to redeem any outstanding rewards.
Privacy:
a. By participating in the Program, you agree that Miracle Movers may collect, use, and store your personal information for the purpose of administering the Program.
b. Miracle Movers will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating in the Program.
